Live jobsite video walkthrough

When a still photograph leaves a question unresolved, a scheduled human camera operator can show the site while your team directs the walkthrough. Prepare a route and questions so the session answers the decisions that matter.

What happens in the field

  1. Check connectivity and agree on the meeting platform
  2. Follow the authorized route with scheduled check-ins
  3. Record answers and any follow-up photo requests

Evidence you can work with

  • Live guided session
  • Written question-and-answer notes
  • Recording only when permission and scope allow

Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.

What to include in your request

Meeting link, duration, route, site permissions, recording consent and fallback phone contact.

Communication before, during and after the visit

Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.

Scope and limitations

Cell coverage and access affect the session. The quote should define a photo-and-report fallback if live video fails.

Coverage and pricing

Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related live video walkthrough service has a starting estimate of $175 per hour; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.

Submitting through an agent

Use service ID live-video-walkthrough and include “Live jobsite video walkthrough” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
