What happens in the field
- Confirm appointment, route and access contact
- Check in on arrival and complete the agreed field list
- Send a completion or access-failure update
Evidence you can work with
- Arrival and departure record
- Task-specific evidence
- Travel or access exception notes
Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.
What to include in your request
Precise destination, appointment window, contact, task list and waiting-time rules.
Communication before, during and after the visit
Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.
Scope and limitations
Travel time, mileage and access delays are quoted. Attendance is confirmed before any expectation of dispatch.
Coverage and pricing
Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related site photo survey service has a starting estimate of $95 per visit; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.
Submitting through an agent
Use service ID site-photo-survey and include “Drive-to-site field attendance” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
