What happens in the field
- Review the property-specific observation checklist
- Record the condition of accessible agreed areas
- Notify the owner of exceptions through the agreed channel
Evidence you can work with
- Completed visit checklist
- Supporting photos
- Exception summary
Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.
What to include in your request
Ownership or management authorization, permitted areas, visit cadence and emergency contact.
Communication before, during and after the visit
Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.
Scope and limitations
No entry without permission. Security patrol, emergency intervention, and repair work are separate scopes.
Coverage and pricing
Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related site photo survey service has a starting estimate of $95 per visit; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.
Submitting through an agent
Use service ID site-photo-survey and include “Vacant property condition visits” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
