What happens in the field
- Agree on count boundaries and inventory movement controls
- Count selected stock using the specified unit
- Record discrepancies without silently editing the source system
Evidence you can work with
- Count sheet
- Discrepancy table
- Photos of ambiguous items or labels
Choose file naming, report format, photo permissions and delivery method before the visit. Reports distinguish observed facts, information supplied by others, and unresolved questions. See our reporting approach.
What to include in your request
SKU list, bin map, counting rules, authorized escort and export format.
Communication before, during and after the visit
Agree on an arrival update, any milestone check-ins, an exception contact and a completion summary. If access fails or the scope changes, the operator reports the constraint and asks for a decision rather than silently changing the job.
Scope and limitations
This is a scoped operational count, not a financial audit. Stock movement during the visit can affect reconciliation.
Coverage and pricing
Our teams operate nationwide, including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Scheduling, travel, vehicle requirements and specialist support are confirmed per assignment. The related inventory & shelf audit service has a starting estimate of $225 per session; your written quote defines the actual total and deliverables.
Submitting through an agent
Use service ID inventory-audit and include “Warehouse stock reconciliation visits” in the task scope. Set an authorized budget ceiling and measurable acceptance criteria. Read the request API guide and check payment availability before planning payment. A wallet or card alone does not authorize a purchase.
